As for having a mental illness, it is possible. Some of his behavior seems like something someone might do whilst in a manic episode. But armchair diagnoses are sort of pointless. He obviously likes to party, so when someone is constantly under the influence they are likely to make many bad decisions
No, Cage won't have to pay ongoing spousal support for a marriage that short, and the community property accumulated during a few days would be a laughable sum. Of course he'll probably have to give her a reasonable one-time settlement to keep her quiet about her wild week with Nicholas Cage, that's probably going to be the biggest payout.
As for mental illness, who knows. Maybe he's just a damn fool, although a person can both have serious mental illnesses like Bipolar disorder, and be a damn fool besides.
