I remember in the late 90's when Leonard Nimoy died so I was highly surprised when I saw him in Fringe!
Also, I remember Jamie Lee Curtis played the role of Zhora in Bladerunner.
Michael Caine died in my world. Before ever appearing in the Dark Knight movies. I remember it very clearly. All the mainstream news shows ran tributes. It wasn't the usual celebrity hoax business. It's how I learned about his Harry Palmer films which I later tracked down and watched. Next thing you know, there he is still making movies.
