Lunch for dinner: Ham salad sandwich. I made it from my last two slices of ham, a hard boiled egg, celery, carrot, onion, mayo, salt, pepper, blended in my ninja chopper. Served on a lightly toasted sesame bagel. Pickle and jalapeño potato chips on the side.

For favorite fried shrimp is almost always in Chinese restaurants. Maybe it's the type of oil, or frying them in a wok, I don't know.
