Hamburger Helper. Beef version.

Beef soup from a taqueria.

Beef tacos tonight. Soft corn shells, onion, cilantro, homemade jalapeño hot sauce and ground beef. Probably will crush 4 or 5 since I haven't ate all day.

I've just had scrambled egg with onion and mushrooms alongside a few chips/fries/wedges whatever you call them it was great. Im too full now though 😩

Going out now to get some Chinese take-out. In the mood for pork chow mein. On the East Coast we call it lo mein (soft noodle).

It's 2 different things.

That's right, crispy vs soft noodle. In NYC we call the soft noodle dish lo mein, and the crispy noodle dish chow mein. On the West Coast they call the soft noodle chow mein, and the crispy noodle a few different names, for example pan-fried noodles or chow mein hong kong style.
