It's a very good song and she had a really distinctive, cool-sounding voice

But BEST? No, nothing against them but the 90s had some really great rock stuff going on

Its kind of OK at best but nowhere near among the best songs of the 90s.

I will take anything by Nirvana (at least their greatest "Come As You Are" hit), Slowdive, Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Curve, Laibach, Kyuss, R.E.M, Bjork, The Chills etc etc etc over this any day.
