What's the best thing about living in Switzerland?

Well, the flag is a big plus.

Now that I think about it, you're right. The idea had never crossed my mind.

they do get a free ride.

You can brag to foreigners that you have a Swiss bank account.

I've never been there but I'm guessing that Swiss cheese is cheap there since it's a domestic product. I do love that Swiss cheese. A grilled cheese sandwich made with Swiss cheese would be a fantastic meal while looking over the snowy Alps on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

I hope to visit there in 2021.

It’s very expensive. I’ve been a few times.

I've never been there but it seems like a mellow place to kick back.

It's one of the few countries in Europe which I have not been to, but I hope to remedy that in 2021.

I went there in 2018. Very clean and nice.

Excellent. Any recommendations of cities or places I should see, or avoid?

We stayed in Bern and also went to ZΓΌrich and Geneva and made an unplanned trip to Basel, which was a pleasant surprise.

I can't think of any place to avoid, really. It was all very nice. The Swiss are polite and efficient.

I was planning to see Bern, Zurich and Geneva, but thanks for the tip on Basel.

Our flight departed from Basel, so we could easily go there for the few hours we still had left. If you do decide to visit, don't forget to take a peek inside the red town hall, which goes back to the early 16th century and has some really lovely frescoes.

I'd avoid the park in Zurich, full of needles.
Was in '91 anyway :)
