How do you feel about breast feeding in public?
I think it’s usually unnecessary, I don’t see why it can’t be done in a bathroom.

shareTrue that breasts are sexual. But they are secondary sexual organ. The main purpose of breasts is to breastfeed. It's like the first priority. The foremost use. The ultimate function.

Receiving blankets are wonderful to have on hand. So many uses for them...from breast feeding, for burping on the shoulder, to put the baby on when changing the diaper *in the restroom*, not on the table!
shareI have no issue with it but I do find it a bit unusual if a private spot isn't chosen when readily available. An example that comes to mind is years ago I was taking a train home. I was a few stops away from my stop and a woman got on and sat in the seat across the aisle from me and began breast feeding. Now it didn't bother me in the slightest but what i found unusual was that she chose the seat where she'd be clearly visible to me when the train was fairly empty at that point and she could've easily picked a more private seat. Maybe I'm just personally bashful so it's hard for me to imagine others being quite that comfortable with themselves lol but in any event it didn't bother me and I just carried on reading my book.
shareAs I wrote prior there’s no need to flop out a boob to nurse. Discreetly done with a receiving blanket on the shoulders and draped over the baby. Nursing bras make it convenient to nurse. Sometimes I think these women enjoy the shock value they get when the hooter is flopped out. The woman you speak of was more than likely one of the teasers.

I don't want to pick on you, but I must admit, I don't understand you. On many subjects.
“Depictions”...not actual evidence. It should be discreet. There’s no reason not to do it discreetly. Whether you want to admit it or not the breast is a sexual object even though the mammary gland’s main purpose is to feed the young. When in public why make others uncomfortable? I have no respect for women who feel “The hell with everyone else! I’ll do what I want whenever and wherever I choose. Women with class don’t “flop it out”. Sure breast feeding is a natural function...so is urinating, but I wouldn’t expect someone to drop drawers. And, no, I’m not equating the two. It’s just there are social mores we adhere to.
BTW, I don’t understand you either other than I feel you believe women are superior. They shouldn’t have to answer to anyone. Do whatever they want without compunction. Men...bad....women...good
