@croft. To me it looks like he's copying Nicholson's facial expressions and doing Ledger's voice. Still better than Leto though.
I'd go with Hamill too.
I'll go with Nicholson. He is the most memorable to me and i don't like Ledger perfomance at all.

shareNicholson's performance suited for the whole movie atmosphere because the whole wasn't serious. I couldn't say the same thing about Ledger performance the whole movie had a serious, pressed atmosphere and whenever he comes on screen the atmosphere destroyed and gived the movie cheap vibes.

Nicholson took a massive dump on this movie. He completely misunderstood the “comic” part of “comic book.”
And he did not care.
The rest were pretty good but I will give the nod to the actor who logged the most hours playing him who was Cesar Romero. Joker is Batman's number 1 nemesis which meant a lot of screen time for him but I think that it was due primarily to Romero that the character kept getting call backs versus creating more one and done B list villains. I was never crazy about Nicholson as I thought a lot of it was Jack playing himself or at least as what he thought others thought about him.
