Then why do we have an overpopulation problem? Seriously, a TV marketing study conducted last year contained the question, "Would you rather binge-watch TV or have sex?" and this topic's title was the result. Are you in the 20 percent, or the 80 percent?

Europe take note! You have almost zero population growth. It's time to take actions.
Ban any good tv shows, only allow non-controversial (government-approved) news and boring talk shows on tv, ban porn to get the male population horny, produce plenty of chick-flicks to get the female population horny (this is what third-world countries do).
Then step it up by only legalize Netflix for Netflix 'n Chill. Any other activities involving Netflix but no Chill should be illegal and punishable by law.
