In this case, the Christians are correct that there are some people that seriously hate them and their way of life.

Notice, there's no state-sponsored "Christian heritage month" like there is for the LGBT community.

The Christians brought us into the Modern Western world, and the LGBTQers want to start a New Dark Ages by denying things as basic as biology.

I was always taught that the ashes Catholic use on Ash Wednesday were from the palms used in the last Palm Sunday (they're blessed, so you can't just toss them in the trash.)
