You can view the phony indictment case here

They really must have put up an effort to build up this nonsense and lies. 98% of this was probably written with no basis whatsoever.

reply

I'm guessing you didn't read it at all and you're disingenuously offering a link to get ahead of someone telling you to read it to better understand the case. But you don't want to understand bc it wouldn't reinforce your bias.

reply

the POTUS can declassify anything he wants.

reply

That is very true. I'm sure they were declassified prior to leaving office.

reply

EX-POTUS was recorded admitting that the documents were still classified and that he didn't have the power to declassify them.

And even if he declassified them, he still was not allowed to take them with him after his presidency ended.

reply

if its a crime to take classified info, then I assume Biden and Pence will be indicted soon?

reply

If Trump had returned his documents when they were requested instead of trusting and conspiring to hide them and showing them off to people without clearance , he wouldn't be in legal trouble.

reply

he said they were declassified. Joe had classified top secret documents in his garage for 6 years that no one knew about.

reply

Trump had classified documents that he knew were classified and refused to turn them in (he is in a recording telling summertime they were classified and he couldn't them).

Biden didn't know he had classified documents for 6 years and as soon as he discovered he did, he returned them. The first is an intentional criminal act. The second is an accident

reply

Regarding Pence and Biden, I covered that here. I can’t believe how irrational MAGA is… and incredulous. They’ll probably make me educate them on every single thread on the Politics board

reply

I read it.... Anyone could make up this nonsense. They just had to make it like making an incredibly advanced movie that takes a ton of work.

reply

So you believe that the DOJ is going after Trump just to make him look bad? You Trump supporters are very simple minded.

reply

BIDEN AND HIS COLLEAUGES SHOULD GO TO JAIL FOR FRAMING TRUMP

reply

Of course Biden should go to jail if he framed Trump but when did he do that? When did his colleagues do that? The simplest explanation is usually the correct explanation. Trump incriminated himself without help and now he's facing the consequences. I don't understand why you can't see that.

reply

Agreed.

reply

Evidence was presented to a Grand Jury, who voted to indict. The defendant is entitled to challenge the evidence at trial.

That's how things work.

reply

It is very similar to telling a story in a movie. Except in movies you don't need verified & documented witness testimony.

reply

At least Trump will never be president again. Most Americans won't vote for a candidate who has two criminal indictments against him with more to follow. It's time for you and your ilk to jump off the orange train and support a different Republican candidate because Trump is through.

reply

RIP - America
1776-2021

reply

America is not dead and even with all its faults I would not live anywhere else. Presidents come and go but America still stands strong.

reply

By election,he'll have more than 2 indictments. Next month the Georgia case begins.

reply

It's odd that all of these "cases" against him showed up when he began running for reelection.

reply

Yep. Shows that they were waiting for the right time to set up Trump. The FBI set him up under orders from Biden and his team.

reply

How was Trump set up on his perfect phone call to Georgia? You do know that Trump will be indicted for that too? More winning, right? Your orange master is through.

reply

No he will be President again and prove that the election was stolen from him.

reply

Wow.. Now you're just trolling.

reply

Wow

reply

Set him up, how? He admitted, publicly that he had the documents and that they belonged to him.

reply

Wow, you’re dumb

reply

no u r

reply

This is the culmination of them weaponizing the DOJ. We're always one step behind the left. In 2020 they mastered ballot harvesting. We gear up to match them in 2024 and here they are in control of a corrupted DOJ willing to suppress their opponents and apply a double standard of law. Even if this goes nowhere their intent is to take Trump off the campaign trail.

reply

There's no double standard. Trump's wounds are self inflicted. A grand jury of Floridians voted go indict.

reply

They know that, you are correct that this is just to derail his campaign by any means necessary.

It is 100% election interference.
They would not waste the time and resources if he was not campaigning.

99% of anyone else would have given up by now and part of their demoralizing strategy is to get him to agree on a plea by giving up his campaign.

Their desperate efforts of maintaining power and control could not be more evident.

reply

What a crock of bullshit. The president can declassify whatever he wants. Timing is hilarious, with the Biden reveal.

Democrats attempt to solidify the USA into their own little Banana Republic will fail.

Or, I guess its time to put Biden, Bush, O'Bama, and Clinton in jail right along with Donny...

Yeap, no coincidence that it was at the same time as the bribery confirmation of JB.
Hey MM, don't look over there, nothing to see, look here instead, lol.

Don’t forget to add Bill Clinton to that list because of the “audio tapes” found in his sock drawer after he left office which they decided that it was protected under the “Presidential Records Act”. The Trump legal team will use this in their case.

reply

Reputable news sources say it's pretty iron clad. I feel pretty confident.
