Kim Potter: Guilty! The Rightwing is boohooing!

The tide is turning on cops who kill: Amber Geigercounter, Chauvenist, and now Pottery: all rotting in prison where they belong.

And the thugs they killed are rotting in the ground where they belong.

The victim in the Guyger case wasn't a thug. That was the weird case where the cop Guyger went into the wrong apartment and shot Botham Jean in his apartment but she thought it was her apartment.

Why bother: facts don't matter to Fascists.

True, he seemed like a nice guy. I'm not sure what should happen there, it looks like an accident but if she suspected her door had been broken in, why would she rush in alone as a woman? I never heard if she noticed there was a bunch of different furniture and wall art around the room or if the confrontation was instant after opening the door. It would be nice to have unbiased, unintimidated juries to handle this type of case.

She was a cop getting off her 12ish hour shift so she wouldn't be afraid of going into her apartment. I was kind of wondering if the castle doctrine would have protected her since she thought it was her apartment. I don't know if he attacked her or if she attacked him. I always keep my door locked and I never understand why people don't lock their doors. I wonder if she was locked into her phone like many people who spend every waking minute glued to their phones.

reply

It would be kind of crazy if he attacked her, any male who sees a woman walking into his apartment dressed as a cop is probably not going to think she's a threat. I agree locked doors should be part of the human psyche, we haven't evolved very far from the times when everything was trying to eat us while we slept, same threat level still exists in nature.

I agree with the verdict. What happened was gross negligence and she deserves time in prison for manslaughter. I also agree with the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict. You see, normal people look at the case for what it is and put Politics aside. You should give it a try and stop spreading the divide. Shame on you.

They have no inner monologue, and essentially do not know right from wrong. They only know what their appointed overlords tell them to repeat.

The OP is an obvious troll given their history here, has no conviction in anything they say.

Why do the racist freaks always post moronic shit on this forum?

reply

And since it's only manslaughter there will be no cash bail and she will receive a few hours community service.

reply

You're a little too gleeful about this. It was clearly an accident. There was no malice or intent which is why she was (rightfully) charged with manslaughter instead of murder. You're only happy about this because she is a cop and this represents a "pRoGreSSiVe" cause to you,

reply

Well she saved a life of the person he was likely to kill sometime. But most of the time it is a thug killing another thug.
