Evidently, it isn't impossible. It's only impossible in the sense that someone who goes to a certain hot dog stand every day and gets ketchup on it might remark that it's "impossible" when he turns up one day and the guy says sorry but he is out of ketchup . You can have mustard instead.
In other words it's only impossible to people who want to use that word, incorrectly, to complain about not getting what they want.
So what you mean is either unexpected or unprecedented. Or something similar.

This user according to the rules should be kicked off for such blatant hate speech, and yet they ... they, because there are lots of them, never get kicked off.
