Biden Plans to Grant Citizenship to 11 Million Illegals!

Thoughts, please no off the cuff remarks. Think about those who are waiting in line legally, paying money to enter, having to have a working knowledge of English. In other words they end up at the back of the line. More jobs will be taken and/or taxpayers supporting them...which means you!

Dreamers.

Young children brought to America by their parents. Not the child's fault. They know no other country. Let them stay.

BTW, technology is taking jobs.

Just take the women, and the problem will solve itself. "Activist in the streets, colonizer in the sheets!"

I don't know what the answer is.

It's been "11 million" for 20 years...

The 17-year-old who came here in 1981 in now 57 years old with probably 16 American grandchildren.

Of course you don’t deport someone like your example, but you sure the hell don’t grant them citizenship ahead of those who have done everything legally. So many are paid under the table therefore no federal taxes paid. Legalize them then they are entitled to the same government benefits as the 57 year old American citizens who have paid FICA. I cannot wrap my head around rewarding people who broke our laws. If Biden does this, he might just as well open the borders and put down welcome mats. I for one am tired of paying for “anchor” babies.

I still don’t understand how DACA remains. It’s an illegal executive order made into law. I took civics in high school and I could swear we were taught Congress makes laws, the Senate ratifies them, then the POTUS either signs them into law or vetoes them. Am I in error?

When my grandparents immigrated here from Poland during the early part of the 1900’s they had to have sponsors. They had to have jobs. They could not depend on the government. My grandfather was a carpenter and worked on the Empire State Building and other projects being built at the time.

I'm pretty sure the law says that a 25 year old American citizen can petition to allow his parents to immigrate legally and they'll be in the front of the line. So the 57-year-old guy in my hypothetical essentially has "de facto" amnesty. He has an American citizen child who's pushing 40 today. The only obstacle is that the parents are supposed to be residing outside the country...

I've lived in Los Angeles all my life. Come here and see your future, or tell me what you would change today for a different future.

I recall someone saying years ago “The way California goes; soon goes the nation,”

Here's what I would do if I were Emperor/Generalissimo:

It's not a white world.

The way I see it, there are 2 billion ethnic Chinese in the world, 2 billion Muslims, slightly fewer Indians, close to a billion people in Latin America and the Caribbean. I don't want any of them.

There are fewer than 100 million Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese, Laotians, Cambodians, Philipinos, Thai, Polynesians, Black African Christians, maybe some Mongolians and "Miscellaneous", in the words of The Simpsons preacher...

That is the path to America's future.

reply

No one gives a crap about your grandparents. Since you are a result of their hard work, it's all come to a waste.

reply

And you wonder why "Hispanics for Trump" started?

reply

Immigrants understand better than anyone what their countries are like and how their people behave.

They don't want their new homeland to end up like their old one.

reply

They also know it's really unfair, because they worked hard to become citizens. They followed the law in crossing the border through the right entry points, they did the paperwork, they studied US law and kept their visas, they took jobs and built up lives for themselves, they were patient and went through the process, learned English, and took the oath to get their Green Cards.

And now you've got a bunch of free-loaders who broke international law by crossing the border illegally, and are given what they so desire on a silver platter! And like you said, many of these illegals are criminals or have no job skills and just want to get on American Welfare instead of actually working for a living.

When gas gets up to $10 a gallon they will need to do a bunch of lawn mowing and scrap metal collecting. Already here in town the people with high lift trucks complain about the cataltyic conveter theft because of scrap metals.

reply

Wow! Also copper tubing.

reply

Yes no outside compressor is safe. A church here in town has had there taken twice.

reply

You come up with this out of thin blue air and want people to take it seriously?
