None of the Edain were dark skinned and no king of Numenor married a Haradrim.
It's not impossible that some of the surviving Easterlings from the house of Bor could have been taken to Numenor with the Edain and some of them could have become great noblemen worthy of marrying into the royal house but then Tar-Miriel would have been sort of Asian-looking - nothing like our Africans.
A skin disorder is the only logical explanation for why a Numenorian queen-regent could be "black". That is if we stay within the diegesis of Tolkien's universe.
Prof. Tolkien never described the skin color of every single tribe in Beleriand, and he did say Numenorean Empire stretched from Arnor in the North to Harad in the South, and we don't know what kind of advantageous politically motivated marriages the noble houses of Numenor made in the southerly parts of the Empire.
