Anyone else really like Proxima Midnight?
I think her design was really cool and she was well built up. But it was disappointing how they killed her off.
shareI do. Truthfully, I like Proxima Midnight so much that I would even say I’m one of her biggest fans... though I certainly wouldn’t call her the best part about IW. She did stood out to me in her scenes the first time I saw Infinity War (her fellow Black Order member, Ebony Maw, was fantastic himself), and since then she’s become one of my personal favorite CBM villains.
Her whole design was, as far as I’m concerned, amazingly flawless. The commanding, yet calm and arousing voice she had was perfect as well. Can’t imagine anyone but Carrie Coon voicing this character.
I was disappointed with the way she was killed, too. But that’s where I’m not so sure if her death felt sudden to me or if I basically had expected to see more of Proxima. Maybe both. All in all, her presence in Infinity War is great.

Same, I was hoping she would escape and survive until the next film. She deserved a much better end.
