As long as she's physically development and an adult isn't fucking her, it's perfectly normal to be attracted to a post pubescent 16 year old. As an advanced species, we understand that they aren't mentally developed enough to understand the emotional significance that can come with sex, so we have laws to keep men from preying on that fact, but if they're hot we should have no shame in appreciating a developed female form.
