Make Star Wars great again!

All the fanboys and haters should gather around and form a new movement.
May be they get a director who makes exactly what they all want. Just Star Wars as it has been
in the 70s and the world (America) was still ok. That would be a step forward.

Fanboys tend to forget how Star Wars was in 1977. I think It were the same people then who
said: "How come he can hear Obi Wans Voice? He is dead!? Confuses me totally!"
"How is it possible that a laser stops after one meter? Laster swords are not possible!"

And today they say: "Ok, a laser sword is ok now but lasers that fly like bombs? no way!"
"moving around things in the air with the force is ok now but surviving in space must be impossible!"

Star Wars in 1977 or in 2017: it still is a movie! Don't forget.

It was a just a sci fi movie in 1977 and now its a racial and gender statement in 2017.

I would doubt that. You can read much more in the movie from 1977 considering the political situation back then.

ANH was about a band of rebels defeating the evil empire which is symbolic of WWII. In todays movies you need one person from every race, gender, creed and religion or you will be deemed intolerant.

Lucas put Lando in ESB specifically to have a black character, and he also made sure that Cloud City had many black people in it.

He was aware of his lily-white world and worked toward changing that. Of course, now you think it's somehow offensive to include other races, for some reason it makes you insecure and threatened and you have to lash out like a baby.

You're a sick troll, that's pretty much all there is to it. You're a disgrace to the Ackbar name.

Lucas was forced to do that after he was called out on it. SNL was forced to hire a black woman after they were called out on it. The Oscars were forced to give out awards to people of color after they were called out on it. I hope you see the trend here.

What are the correct changes? Is there a law that says that so many people of different colors have to be in movies or shows? We are living in a extreme PC culture right now. On the flip side of that coin is reverse discrimination. How come there are no white leads on the show Empire? Why is the entire cast of Black Panther black? Why haven't they made the correct changes like you said?

we just want decent star wars films, which is possible, TFA and Rogue One were very good star wars films, TLJ wasn't, it was a bad star wars film, hence why most star wars fans are pissed, star wars is a vehicle for Kathy Kennedy and her feminist agenda.

yes its very good , as is rouge one, and they both have Kennedys feminist racial agenda all over them, TFA being the first of a new breed of SW film, I didn't really see it, but after TLJ , by gosh , its rather obvious

People should just move on and forget the craphole that star wars has become post first trilogy.

The truth is, it's remarkable that the first trilogy was decent at all, since usually the sequels to the first film tends to suck - when it comes to SW though, it appears that this rule applies only to the sequel and prequel trilogies.

You'll never replicate the magic of 1977 it was like Beatlemania had hit movie theatres! Star Wars was great before George Lucas needlessly tinkered with it and came out with the special editions in 1997, ever since then Star Wars has been utter shit.

Star Wars is overhyped and well past its sell by date, the best way to make it great again would be to kill it and live with the memories of the first three films, ignoring the feminazi crap of the Disney films.
