It certainly looks that way?

I thought it was Max Hedroom, others said Beavis, but I can see Biden.

Yes, I thought it was Max when I first saw it.

It can’t really be Beavis…unless the killer is a time traveler too…(and I’m writing this as I’m watching it, so I guess he could be)

I doubt anyone outside of Delaware knew who the hell Joe Biden was in 1987, so I very much doubt it.
