Sure. Let's glamorize incest.

I know it went on, but I really don't care to see passionate love scenes with Daemon and Rhaenyra. Gimme a break with that. It was enough seeing young Rhaenyra get it on with Ser Criston. That almost looked like kiddie-porn. Now this?

But I still like this show. These fools are crazy.

In a vacuum, try to imagine you know nothing of the world - what's wrong with incest?

Is it worse than being a homo? Or a trans? and if so, why?

If aliens visited and we were explaining that to reproduce, guys have sex with girls and get them pregnant they would probably see incest as more logical than being gay or transitioning. Don't @ me

Such silly logic. You could say the same thing for literally every vice, from zoophilia, to pedophilia, to cannibalism.

reply

but homos and trans are being accepted by the media...so why not incest?

reply

The media accepts nearly every vice known to man... that's a terrible barometer to use for acceptability given that every year the Overton Window inches a little bit closer to the pit of infinite degeneracy thanks to the Left-wing media.

reply

All I am saying is that incest should be accepted before homos and trans logically speaking

reply

Sure, I can see that argument.

The downside of incest are the results. If the end result is a pregnancy, the baby will end up being a mutant, kind of like what we saw in HotD. Mixing the same genes is just not a good idea, whereas, with homos, they can't get each other pregnant. So, what's the big loss? None really...

Then there's the question of morality which is more or less an opinion. I don't really care if two distant cousins bang each other but I don't think it would be good for brother and sister, father/daughter, mother/son... etc..

It might not be immoral but not the best option in the long run.

Trans people are an anomaly for the most part but not a real threat to anyone. If that's the way they want to live, so be it. Personally, I just don't recommend trying to change your gender since it's impossible. I honestly think they will come up with a better treatment for people that think they're the opposite sex.

I do agree that the media seems to promote odd things like this while making anything associated with the patriarchy seem bad. It's stupid but what can you expect, they've made this stuff their life mission. It's become a religion for some people.

reply

We don't need more people man, the world is overpopulated as fuck, there is absolutely nothing wrong with not procreating.

What is wrong though is to take the increased risk of putting a severely disabled baby on this world.

reply

I don't disagree with you

reply

It is not the job of a piece of media to be an upstanding moral citizen, only to tell an engaging story.

reply

I don’t see it as glamorizing. For Daemon and Rhaenyra to marry, they had to fake kill Laenor. It was good for them and him, but it caused a lot of pain and suffering to Rhaenys.

Aegon doesn’t seem to be happy marrying his sister, Haleana. In fact, they are both very miserable.

These are marriages of political conveniences that cause suffering.

reply

Don’t be mad just because none of your family members are hot enough to bang.

She told total disrespect for parliament and its procedures when she was being sworn in

reply

Okay. Let’s.

What kind of moron goes into a GOT spin off(about Targaryen's no less) and is shocked that there is incest? They must have referenced how the Targaryen's wed brother and sister at least 20 times on the original show.

This is a case of fool me once, shame on you
Fool me twice, shame on me!

reply

You're missing the point, Moron. I didn't criticise the incest. I criticised how they tried to make it look romantic.
