They are late 80 early 90s guys. Dude was the word back then. Also young people still use it occasionally. Bro and Brah was also used in the late 80sand 90s so it’s not to different.

I've heard Bro used since way back, but I thankfully can't recall Brah being used much earlier than 15 years(?) ago.

Care to give video samples? Maybe skateboarders or those that still say radical dude similar to TNMT. I've never really heard dude used to this day. Even if it was still used today as back then, I think it's switched. I used to hear dude a lot than bro/bruh but now it's the opposite.
