There's only one way to salvage this show.

And by salvage, I just mean make it "ok" overall, because too much damage has been done to return it to it's season 1 form. Season 1 was perfect, 2 was ok, and 3 is baaaad. The show has created too many twists and turns. It's not "interesting" it's convoluted. And then they Delores as a savior shit? Terrible.

We live in a somewhat anti-authority world. The writers were hoping we would cheer about bringing Reboboam and Serac down. But that is fringe thinking held by a fraction of the population. That kind of thinking does resonate with some, but it's generally thought to be fanatical. But most people watched that finale and thought, "Wait, Delores just created an anarchist society" and we're not rooting for her. We're not necessarily rooting for Serac, but we're not rooting for her either. Besides the fact that it's not a believable character evolution that she actually wants to "save the world", her plan for saving humanity was EXACTLY the same was when she wanted to destroy it: bring about the apocalypse.

Almost no one is cheering for her. Between message boards, comments sections on websites, and the articles those people are commenting on, I've seen like 3 people say they liked this decision. The only way they can amend this is to make Delores (and Caleb) hated. Once the public finds out who they are and what they did, and the fact that this new world is anarchy, they have to resent them for it. That's the only thing they can do to fix this mistake.
