Seems to be going back to what was rumoured originally for Matrix 4, a kind of reboot with new writers directors, possible new cast (Michael B Jordan was rumoured for M4 reboot), until the studio kind of forced The Wachowski director to return
Doesn't look like the freaks will be involved (can't do any damage producing it can they?). Hopefully it'll be more mainstream friendly like the first film.
They should dump all the previous actors except for Reeves, Fishburne and Weaving.
As long as Jada Pinkett Smith is binned it'll be a good start.
Yeah this guy is quite a promising writer/director
After M4 bombed I doubt we'll see Reeves return (cost too much and he probably no want to do more anyway, esp after his big Neo return bombed so bad) LF and Weaving were recast in M4 but maybe Weaving could come back (apparently he couldn't do M4 due to schedule conflict)

Yeah I don't see Reeves returning, he seemed bored in Resurrections. I like Drew Goddard's movies, maybe he can come up with something interesting for the 5th one.
