Who saw this back in the day? What were your memories - the anticipation of seeing it in the weeks/days before, the actually seeing it and how much a big deal was it where you were back then, the crowds, audience etc and after coming out of the cinema what were your thoughts and in the days/weeks that followed...

shareI didn't actually see this, but my brother did. He loved the "Blade" movies, this one being his first. He loved listening to the badass music and watching the action scenes. It's not really my thing, though I did learn about dhampirs for the first time.

shareI really liked it and still do. The sequels are pretty bad, but this was a good R rated superhero flick. It would have been better if they toned down some of the terrible CGI. It looked really bad even for its time, but overall really entertaining movie.
