A Nightmare on Elm Street did not have any nudity.

The original Halloween had very little. And it wasn't gratuitous. Ironically the PJ Sole scene they showed was not the shot where her breasts were shown.

There is brief nudity in A Nightmare on Elm Street. During the scene where Freddy tried to drown Nancy in the bath you see a brief side view of her breasts.
