Nah, while Onatop is no doubt the most sadistic biyatch in the series, I'll go with Fiona Volpe (Luciana Paluzzi) from "Thunderball" as my favorite femme fatale.

I found her to be kinda pasty looking, with too much make-up and a very off-putting Russian accent. She’s in the bottom 5 of Bond girls.
