Do you think Han Kiss Raped Leia? (Critical Level Spoiler)

While they were inside the slug she was clearly refusing his advances but he forced himself on her anyway. Hopefully, Lucas can change this just as he did the terrible Han shoots first against Greedo moment.

Cancel the whole movie just to be on the safe side.

The good old days. When "No" meant "Do it!"

reply

He just kissed her, for Chrissakes, and did it really well!

Did Chewbacca hug rape Leoeia?

reply

Did Chewbacca have C3PO's permission to carry him on his back after he'd been blasted to pieces by the stormtroopers?

Why wasn't Lando sued for harassment when he said Leia looked as "pretty as a princess"?

Did Darth Vader make an effective argument for gun control when he took Han Solo's blaster?

reply

If you look carefully in Return of the Jedi, when Han and Leia are at the Shield Bunker doors trying to get them open, Leia gets shot, and then immediately after Han honks Leia's breast. It's very quick but I remember decades ago some friends pointed that out and we couldn't believe that it remained in the final cut of the film.

reply

Leia rape kissed Luke, and committed 3rd party sexual assault against Han, Chewbacca, and C-3PO, who were forced to watch. So I would call it about even.

It's probably getting to the point where it won't be long before guys won't even wish to talk to girls for fear of being accused of something politically incorrect.

Regarding the Greedo thing---that whole debate is bunk. If someone pulls a gun on you---you have every right to kill them!

That's not the point. The point is, Lucas changed it so Greedo shot first, so as to give the impression that Han acted in self defence and had no choice. It changes his character, which originally was a rogue who doesn't wait for the enemy to shoot first.

reply

I just never understood that debate. Greedo had Han at gunpoint and made clear of his intentions of killing him. Kind of silly the whole thing. I don't think I ever encountered anyone in the '70s who thought bad of Han for blasting Greedo. He had every right to do so.

reply

Here's the issue: there was nothing wrong with the original scene. Yet Lucas felt it made Han too mean or something, so he later added a blaster shot from Greedo in order to justify Han shooting. "Had every right to do so" is neither here nor there. Lucas made the change in order to make Han a goody-two-shoes like Luke.

reply

Yeah, I hear you. I always thought it really odd. Greedo got every bit of what he had coming to him when Han blasted him. The biggest problem with America today is all the far left liberal flakes (sounds like Lucas) and the downright scary far right fascists. What ever happened to the moderates who had all the common sense? This issue is proof of this.

when I first saw the movie I considered Greedo as bad and as someone who deserved what he got. After seeing the Jedi movie and seeing the element at Jabba's palace it was confirmed.
