Young stars that are cute kids with some interesting character in their appearance don't always turn out to be gorgeous,as far as Hollywood's standard is. The girl Maybe from Arrested Development comes to mind, as does Dakota Fanning. Neither are ugly mind you,but not what would be considered "hot" for a leading lady. I'd say a good example of the opposite of this would be Candice Cameron,who I thought would turn out very plain, but is absolutely beautiful.

She's 16 now. If you do an image search, she is attractive with longer hair.

Sophia Lillis looks fairly attractive in the stills of the upcoming 'Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase.' Her hair is still short but has got a bit of curl in it now.

I think Dakota Fanning is a bad example. She's very attractive, in my opinion, and looks exactly like you should expect her to look as an adult. A lot of girls look different as adults than they do as kids, but Dakota looks very much like a grown-up version of her former self.

Not as attractive as Elle Fanning who stole all the pretty genes from the family, LOL.

Elle's a nice looking girl too, certainly, but I'm not sure I'd say she's more attractive than Dakota.

Pretty good, if you ask me.

BTW, it's weird to me that Dakota is only four years older than Elle. I think of there being a much wider age gap.

Don't get me wrong, Dakota is cute too but in no objective universe is she more attractive than Elle. That's not even a matter of subjective opinion and tastes. Sorry.
