Years ago then Dallas Maverick's owner Mark Cuban told the world in an article on June 1st, 2016:

Billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban on Wednesday questioned whether Donald Trump is actually a billionaire, saying Trump's lack of transparency with his finances makes his net worth difficult to determine.

"I know what I'm good at, and I know what I'm not good at. I'm not so sure Donald knows what he's not good at," Cuban said on 77 WABC's Bernie and Sid.

He is a billionaire, but his money is tied in assets, like property. Only one of the 30 bond companies that he's consulted has been willing to even considering taking property as collateral

Why do you think those assets are something that Trump controls? Trump for example, does not own Trump Tower. He only leases a portion of it.

It seems Trump has a choice. Liquidate his own assets in an attempt to pay out the $450 million to Carroll, or let the government go after his assets.

ETA; I made a mistake. The $450 million judgement is to paid to the state of NY. The other judgement is to Carroll. Trump did post a bond on the lessor judgement owed to Carroll, she will get her money.

No, the bond is the usual practice when appealing a civil judgement. Do you really think an exception should be made for Trump and no one else?

Making up crap you have no rational reason to believe is true is only going to hurt you in the future. Just like it is making you look like a dumb-ass now.
