Britney will never be Mariah level, that's no lie. However, I do think she is not using her head voice nor does she ever use chest voice. Most people can sing lullabies and stuff. If you look back at Star Search performances by Britney as a child, she absolutely can sing. Too bad the technique she has used for 25 years is terrible and damaging.
