...and people like it. Give her some management training and let her get back to it. Jesus Christ, why do all of you people pretend to care about this story so much, as if you have a personal stake in its outcome?

I think what's bothering a lot of people is that it's now come to light with just how badly Ellen treats the people who work for her AND how badly she treats people who wait on her in restaurants AND how badly she treats people in general.

Her nice persona is just a facade. She's a mean person and she's been called out for her nasty behavior, whether we like it or not...

You can't unring a bell, so to speak...

I think it bothers a lot of people because many people have had bad bosses before and they can relate to Ellen's poor employees. Plus, it's satisfying to the public to see a bad boss go down.

Letting people get away with the abusive treatment of others is all our business. None of us wants to be treated in a demeaning way, so if entitled witches like Ellen understand this, then we all can work in peace and harmony. Also, I have empathy for others who are mistreated, so maybe you can look inside yourself and find out why you don't.

I do get a nice warm feeling in my soul when I see the left eat each other. But I'm not sure as of now if Ellen really deserves the criticism or not. I may be wrong about the dates on this, but let's keep in mind that just a few weeks ago, Ellen said the dreaded words "people of color" and this was the first time she took some heat from her peers. Then a week or two later, she's accused of mistreating people.

hmmmmm.... could be a few people trying to take her down for saying POC which was not meant to be derogatory to begin with. So, I am not sure as of yet what to think of this. She could be guilty of these things... I dont know...

Her mistreatment of others is legendary. It's just now that she is getting shit for it. These stories are nothing new.
