I doubt they would make a biopic about him. Hollywood has been browbeaten into feeling deeply ashamed of having ever done business with him.

Brendan Wayne is only choice

No actor today has the charisma to convincingly play John Wayne. But if present-day Hollywood decided to make a movie about him, it would most likely be to showcase their John Wayne mythology--what a terrible person they imagine he was. They'd hire some leftist dickhead like George Clooney to play him unflatteringly, so as to pander to today's ignorant audience by confirming their bias.
