Since it can't have a profound effect on humanity (those wishes always backfire Monkey's Paw style), I'll go with something that seems like no big deal, but would make me happy to allow a beautiful summer night slumber..

Eliminate every skunk on the planet. They only exist to ruin a good sleep.

The limit on coveted resources. If we had endless supplies of clean water, land, food, etc, that'd go a long way in resolving major issues across the globe.
