Edit: by 'stuck traffic', I mean in a jam that no one in your vicinity can do anything about. I don't mean just having some moron in front of you who apparently doesn't know what green signifies - or has forgotten where they are because they're busy making sure the attention the world owes them is still flowing from the little screen that dominates their life.

shareYes, I do. A lot of these idiots are playing with their phones, holding up traffic and causing a delay. I can see them doing it and they need to pull over or pay attention. An average vehicle is close to two tons of steel and glass, it's a weapon that can certainly kill. Get off the goddam phone or get off the road.
I drive through some bad neighborhoods and deal with a lot of highway driving every workday, I have ZERO patience for dummies behind the wheel.

I was out a week ago with a friend, and while she was driving, I noticed a majority of drivers looking at their phone.. Usually the ones swerving, not realizing the light is green, etc.

No, in a legit traffic jam when there's construction or an accident up ahead I just sit there fuming like everyone else. Honking won't speed things up and I don't want to unduly aggravate people. What good comes of that?
