Have you ever heard that grade school joke about the difference between a vitamin and a “hormone”? Apparently that is medically correct. For instance vitamin D is not really a vitamin but a hormone. Your body creates its own D.

We should give those out free, a lot of people are in dire need of them and they're making the rest of us uncomfortable;)
