MovieChat is pretty much the only movie website I know where you can discuss Politics, have a disagreement with one another over it and you won't get banned over it like they do at movie sites like Box Office Theory or World of KJ index, comprised of being probably 95% Liberal and if you don't supporr their Narrative, you're tossed

I have concluded that this is the best movie forum but what about other subjects? I'm interested in music, computers and perhaps others subjects that I haven't thought of that may make a good discussion subject for a forum.

I just got banned from Movie Forums before I came here and YES, they are as Woke as you can imagine and they don't like to discuss box office, but more the art of the movie if that makes sense and any Politics like you said and you're banned..
shareAfter IMDb canned the message boards I checked out a few sites and overall this is the best one. IMDb 2 is a troll haven, Rotten Tomato's is similar and a few others I checked out seem to have very little activity on them.
It does suck when the majority of users especially site staff are SJW's and you get banned for simply disagreeing. I was even banned from one forum because I used the term "Grammar Nazi" and the common sense in me just refused to change it. The reason they stated it needed changing is because it might upset Holocaust survivors. Ummmm I would say it is highly unlikely a holocaust survivor is the member of an internet chat forum and even if they are I would wager they are beyond being upset by a term like Grammar Nazi.

shareYeah sounds typical. I was a member of a non movie related forum where the Mods would often stir up most of the trouble and then ban whoever had the tenacity to fight back. They would even send out surveys and when people would write things that were critical they would be banned too.

shareReddit.com has boards ("sub-reddits") for every interest imaginable. Moderation policies vary from one sub-reddit to another. Some are very lenient, others are obnoxiously overbearing.

shareMod 3 seemed to be universally disliked on this site, appeared to be on a power trip. I was both grateful and unsurprised over his sudden disappearance.
shareModerators deserve to be fairly compensated, otherwise someone higher up the chain is taking advantage of their kindness.
