Wonderfalls also ended too soon.

Rubicon, Mr Inbetween, Mindhunter and Hannibal come to mind. Could have watched Justified and The Americans longer too.

Forever with Ioan Gruffudd

Men Behaving Badly starring Rob Schneider. I loved that show and have the complete series dvd set.
