There are so many great ice cream flavors out there, but if I had to pick just 3 it would be:
1. Coffee
2. Black raspberry
3. Chocolate
One I never tried before is pistachio. I always wondered if it tastes just like the nuts you eat.
If we are speaking about artisan ice cream then:
Malaga
Dark chocolate with orange
Coconut

(*) - I've seen people in scoop shops send their Pistachio back because they think the wrong flavor was scooped. It's not green like they're used to. No artificial coloring in Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. Are pistachio nuts green? Hell no. There is no "real" green ice cream, folks!
Sure, they're liberal nutcases, but they make good ice cream.

shareNo, not to the point of how most of them look. They make it green to match the color of the nuts. Which are very green.

The few that make it without coloring don't come out green because not enough nuts are in it to turn it green. But occasionally the nuts may give it a very slight tinge of green if they put a nice amount of nuts in it.
