Probably too late, but you can use this advice in the future. Even if you're not hungry, a good well balanced, healthy meal, water and rest.

How much did you drink?

Yeah it's to late I feel fine now.
Thanks for the advice I'll try that next time, not that there will be one 😂

I probably had 8 pints of lager and a few shots, might not be a lot for some but I don't drink often.

A nice BLTA sandwich works wonders because it combines protein, fat, carbs and some veggies to restore your depleted nutrients. Wash it down with a gallon of water and take it easy from there.

Get some electrolite drink powder from the chemist. Works for me. Maccas breakfast also helps

Here's my cure for tomorrow's hangover:

- sleep
- drink hot coffee
- cold water (drink + apply on face/back of head)
- sleep
- fresh air, exercise
- eat
