No. There are far more insidious things that could be set loose on mankind if that was the goal. One would certainly have to be far more lethal than this thing is in order for me to think that.

The most probable theory (in case it was manufactured) is that it was part of the investigation of vaccines for coronavirus strains in China, and it leaked.

If it is, it's a really crappy one. Either that, or they were testing an early prototype to see what kind of effect it would have on the world, which doesn't bode well if you think about it.
