Russian youtube

They have movies on there that you don't see on youtube such as The Searchers, Cool Hand Luke and The French Connection. I guess they don't care about copyright issues. Is this a legal site?

reply

It's Russian so I'd assume it's fairly shady

reply

Nyet, comrade. All proper authorities get bribes, so everything legal.

I'll give you 50 rubles and a pack of Lucky Strikes if you look the other wayπŸ‘

reply

Run by the Russian mob. 🀣

reply

you think so??

reply

Ah-ha, yes!! You finally checked it out. I watch movies on there all the time and leave links here for movies from it. I was going to post about it just like this to spread the word then decided not to because I didn't want to get all the negative shit about how it's Russian blah blah blah blah.

So yeah, it's the Russian hybrid of Facebook and YouTube and it's very legit.

Did you have to sign up?

reply

I did not sign up but you can.

reply

No way. I’m not. 😳

reply

No. You can watch the links posted without signing up.

reply

It's awesome. I post links here to movies all the time but most people ignore them because they are afraid to click on unfamiliar links. Their loss I guess.

reply

have you signed up there??

reply

No you don't have to sign up to watch. You only have to sign up to post.

reply

I might sign up. I assume I will be able to save videos and such.

reply

Yes. It's just like Facebook and YouTube. It's the second largest social media platform in Russia. Facebook is 3rd.

reply

What's first?

reply

Have they heard that The Beatles have split up yet?

reply

What about the 5th Beatle? Was his name Clarence?

reply

I watched two film noirs I couldn't find anywhere else. Thank you Russia.

Bumping because it's just too good to keep to ourselves LOL πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

reply

I can't help myself.

reply

We gotta try to keep this post active so more people can share in this treasure trove!! 😊😊😊😊

reply

You posted this 4 days ago. How did I not see this gem before?

reply

My only problem with the Russians is that they'll overdub a movie with some dumb-sounding ogre, and not allow to revert to the original audio (although some do). Especially for a rare movie. There's always one source, and its always the same Russian motherfucker.

Fuck our phony elections - just leave movies alone.

reply

Oh my God those are so fucking HILARIOUS!!!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

But I've found the real English versions of about 90% of what I search for on there. It's truly the best free source of movies/TV on the world wide web that I've come across.

reply

you have to work a bit to find the english versions but most of them are there.

reply

For me, most times the English ones pop up for me first. Except for yesterday when I was looking for The Day After Tomorrow. I think the first 5 were Russian. The 6th was English but with foreign subtitles. The next one I clicked on was the straight one.

reply

Maybe its the movies I see.... 1930-70s (countries from all over the world)

reply

Thanks for Night and the City (1950)
