The most thought provoking ending to a movie you've ever seen?

"Being There."

After all these years I still find myself, at the most random moments, recalling this movie, and puzzling over its ending -- one of the most beautiful, haunting and mysterious ones out there.

"Life is a state of mind" indeed.

The ending to Phone Booth (2002) was pretty rad. An underrated gem. Colin Farrell's best performance in my opinion.

I need to check out "Being There."

Been a long time since the last viewing. Still quite memorable. Pleasantly surprised that it wasn't one of those regular beat street crime type movies.

Good question, it may be more thought-provoking than most movies.
