2024: 31 cases and counting!

I wonder what is causing the outbreak of measles?

Oh yeah. Biden is committing high treason and invading his own country with third world trash. Not only does he betray his countrymen, he's also started pointless wars that have killed millions. Biden is by far the most evil man alive.

reply

Import the third world, become the third world.

reply

That’s the Democrat plan.

reply

It doesn't matter your politics, immigration is a post imperial certainty in a planet undergoing population explosion.

It's as certain as the sun rising, so a bit daft to pin on certain parties. And it's not just an American "problem", it happens in any more developed country, and will go on regardless of the parties in power.

reply

It wasn’t a problem until the Democrat party and other countries allowing themselves to be run by global communists let it happen.

How will their home countries ever get fixed if the people who can fix them just leave to go make minimum wage somewhere else?

It’s the same reason you have a lock on your front door and keep your money in an account that only you can access.

The Democrat party was taken over by communists in the 1960s and everything they’ve done since was to destroy the United States. Flag burning. Hundreds of America last policies. Attacking American culture. History. And destroying it.

That is the Democrat party and its lemming supporters. Every city in every state they run is a complete s hole. On purpose.

reply

Unvetted, unvaccinated criminal aliens.

You are quick to blame "the other" but the fault lies with our own anti-vaxxers--like you??

"The lion’s share of this year’s cases belong to three large, sustained outbreaks — one in Washington state, and two in New York that began in late 2018. This week, students were quarantined at two Los Angeles universities, while cases continue to climb in parts of New Jersey and Michigan.“The longer these outbreaks continue, the greater the chance measles will again get a sustained foothold in the United States,” the CDC statement said.

New York City officials went so far as to order mandatory vaccinations for parts of Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, home to a large ultra-Orthodox Jewish community, which has seen more than 390 cases of measles since last fall. Low vaccination rates in this community stem in part from differing interpretations over the principles of Jewish law.

In recent months, addressing the PUBLIC HEALTH CONSEQUENCES OF ANTI-VACCINE SENTIMENT MORE BROADLY — spread in part through misinformation shared through websites, books, documentaries, and social media — has become a topic of debate for policymakers at all levels of government."

Oh no! A person that prefers informed consent before being injected with experimental medical products!

The horror!

Ohhhh MMR.... yeah none of us have issues with real vaccines. I just got my tetanus booster lol.

What’s your source for this CDC statement? It makes no mention of the measles outbreak in Chicago that you’re connecting it to and it’s talking about 2018 which would pre-date the COVID “anti-vaxxer” phenomena by like two or three years. Everything I’m reading about the current Chicago outbreak is tracing it to Pilsen Migrant Shelter.

reply

Wow, you're in deep. Come up for air and repeat to yourself "The Pilsen Migrant Shelter is not my problem.. The Pilsen Migrant Shelter is not my problem." You can do it!

reply

Who are you calling an antivaxxer?

I had the measles vaccine as a kid. It was required for me to enroll in public school.

You're not seeing the forest for the trees....if illegal invaders (who are largely unvaxxed) weren't in this country, measles wouldn't be spreading.

Indeed, it had been eradicated in the USA until recently.

"Andy Buchanan, a spokesperson for the agency known as CDPH, said the majority of the newly confirmed cases of measles are associated with the Pilsen migrant shelter, but declined to provide WTTW News with more detailed information. That represents a change since the first case of measles was confirmed in Chicago earlier this month."

You do know the vaccine doesn't prevent the virus or it's transmission, yes?
