It definitely has made me start to look at other options. I use YouTube and Facebook a lot, as many people, and still think they are great sites. But the sudden decision to start blocking our right to speech and press this year has really angered me. They didn't do this during Bush or Obama, that I am aware of. you always saw two different sides of the story whether you believed it to be true or not. When FB started blocking and removing posts about masks, that's when I was really over it. You are either being used as a public town hall or you are a private publisher who gets to dictate which opinions get to be shared.
It really is a shame because, again, I use both platforms regularly and happily. But I am over the political bias.
It's not a sudden decision. The MSM and the Democrats have been trying to silence the right for a decades. It's just that the right is becoming more vocal now because we finally have had enough AND we now have a warrior of a president willing to fight for the silent majority.
It has just become more obvious what the left is doing and they're ramping it up more. I expect in time this board will be a memory.

The media didn't need to do this during the Obama days because he was in bed with them. They weren't good to Bush but he was not a good president. They hate all Republicans unless they can be used by them. They used to call people like Bush and McCain racists and Hitler. Sound familiar? Now they don't seem to care about Bush. They have elevated McCain since his "thumbs down" and made that "racist" a "hero!"
Trump came in, mixed things up, showed them how things can be accomplished in the fraction of time they would take (if they bothered to) and he makes them look like the fools they are (Republicans included). This time their distain for a Republican President is real. They hate him like no other. They live to lie about him each and every day.
There is no length they will go to that would be considered going too far to get what they want. For the past couple years it's not just him they're after. They're after us too.

50% of the population in each of the 38 smallest states can vote to remove the 13th Amendment. I don't know what the whole numbers are, but it's probably less than 40% of the entire population.
