Will Trump turn out to be America's greatest POTUS?

I think he just might.

reply

Probably. He's already accomplished more in one year than Bath House Barry did in eight.

reply

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! He'll be gone soon!

reply

So you want Pence for pres, ay?

reply

Sure, after his two terms, then you can say, "See? Told you he'd be gone."

reply

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! He'll be gone soon!

Define "soon"...one year later, LOLOLOL!!!

reply

When soon? This year? Next year?

reply

You shouldn't post after drinking so much vodka, Ivan.

reply

Maybe, but the bitter, rediculous haters won't ever like him regardless of how well he does. It might take another generation to see his accomplishments at face value, instead of just hating a guy they didn't expect to win.

reply

Exactly. I really hope he gets the Peace Prize. At least it would be deserved, unlike Obama's.

reply

He'll get the war prize if anything. Just Google Trump's list of unkept promises, for starters.

reply

Doesn't he at least get to finish his term before you decide it's an unkept promise? Rome wasn't built in a day. Also, since you seem not realize it, Obama was the most war heavy president we ever had.

reply

How many of those heavy wars did Obama start?

reply

Oh, he didn't declare war, he just bombed countries without going the proper course. It is well documented that Obama dropped more than 26,000 bombs in 2016.

reply

Way to ignore the question. Typical Republican tactic.

reply

Who's a republican? Also, what part of your comment wasn't addressed?

reply

How many of those heavy wars did Obama start?

It was partly rhetorical. My point was that George W opened the can of worms in the Middle East that Obama inherited and, so far, even Trump isn't extricating us from the area. If anything, there's a good money bet we'll be involved even further real soon.

reply

Huh, I remember Clinton being involved in middle East conflicts too. All presidents are assholes that fight in the middle East to secure oil.

reply

He of the disappearing "red line in the sand"?

Everyone knows the Trojan Horse didn't star a war, it merely ended a nation/state, duh.

You voted for America to be treminated, why not just be man and revel in your luscious treason?

And yet we're not despite his having to leave troops in Syria to mollify his deep state hawks.

Oh well, you libs suck at all your self-serving prognostications, that much never changes.

No...that's Bolton's consolation prize, lol...

Greatest based on what. The greatest presidents achieved great things. It is unlikely for a modern president to be able to match them unless there is some great crisis he manages to lead the country through. And quite frankly he isn't the smartest tool in the shed nor does he have the temperment for it.

Even if he manages some of the things on his bucket list, those will not propel him to greatness. They are relatively minor compared to the achievements of some of the greats. Plus the demographic that supports him is decreasing.

reply

He could be in the top tier if he manages to save the country. Ending the Obama stagnation, crushing ISIS, and restoring American freedom by ending the UnAmerican Obamacare mandate are a nice start but there's a long way to go. The USA is still finished if his necessary border security and immigration reforms aren't implemented over the next few years. The left will have succeeded in its project, ongoing since the 1960s, to secure its own power by replacing Americans with foreign populations inclined to vote left wing, the ultimate betrayal of a people by its own government. The left has always been about destroying America and replacing it with something else ("fundamentally transform" is another way of saying that), but they finally found a way to do it. Insurrectionist "sanctuary cities" and states still exist and must be brought into lawful compliance as Arizona was when all that state tried to do was help enforce federal immigration laws.

But if Trump does successfully implement his agenda over eight years, just think about his list of accomplishments:

- Saving America as a free country and arresting its slide to state socialism.

- Secure border and fix broken immigration system to serve Americans' interests for the first time in over 30 years, including with a wall that will permanently help secure the border regardless of which presidents come and go, while standing as proof to future generations that on some level the people, not the establishment class, really do rule this country

- Changing US trade policy and deals to favor American workers (manufacturing job gains have already blown away what Democrats claimed was possible), and establishing the use of reciprocal tariffs as a deterrent against future foreign abuse of US good will, resulting in freer and fairer trade

- Ending Obama's unAmerican Great Stagnation, restoring American style prosperity and giving people real hope for the future

- Rapidly defeated ISIS

- Rebuild the US military

- Correct Obama's mistake by restoring the Bush Vision for Space Exploration, rightly focusing on the moon first

- Preserving the Constitution with originalist judges

reply

- Denuclearize a relatively peaceful North Korea

- Rebuilding the nation's infrastructure

- Re-isolate Iran after Bush's painstaking gains were squandered by Obama in his vain pursuit for a personal legacy

- Ramping up development of a missile defense system

- Reforming the healthcare system wrecked by Obamacare

- Restoring the trust of Israel, Poland, and other key nations in the US as an ally while reminding enemies they should be afraid of the US after eight years of laughing at it

- Blocking gun control and other terrible liberal ideas

- Striking a major blow against the Orwellian leftist PC regime

- Prompting major media outlets to expose how thoroughly biased and dishonest they are, the old pretense of real journalism having been dropped

- Establishing a precedent and foundation for treating China as an adversary and holding it accountable

- Presiding over the US becoming the world's largest oil producer and total energy exporter

Whether he fails or succeeds, given the swirling crises the nation has been brought to Trump is already one of the most important presidents ever.

reply

It's hard to say, but he DEFINITELY has made history these past 3 years. I mean, we've had over 45 presidents in the past 200 years, but only some of them have really left an impact on our nation and her history. Trump will definitely be among the more well-known ones, whether loved or hated.

reply

He has done more in less time than any President to date, including 2 termers - indisputable fact!

I'd like to thank you for listing those. I couldn't remember all of that if I tried :D.

reply

My pleasure, it's an even more lengthy list on the website but the 2,000 character quotation limit here truncated the seemingly endless list of real accomplishments. I frankly think he's done as much in 2.5 years as 5 presidents or more. Astoundingly busy, focused, committed man he is...
