I'm not arguing with you. I like this movie too. I was just pointing out a funny scene that involved Trump, that's all. Besides, the OP and liscarkat are idiots and I don't argue with idiots.

I think you are indulging in your own form of pornography right now, and your own Leftist Derangement Syndrome. Isn't that the idea that no matter what, some entity will be doing wrong in someone's eyes? It's a movie about an odious creep. What do you want, Kirk Cameron? What til the Trump movie comes. It'll be a grand and entertaining hoot. The guy is comedy gold with a very dark subtext.

I saw the film for a second time. I had it rated as *** and have increased it to 4*. I'm a tough grader: this was a very strong film (albeit an odd one). I had read the book --a serious work-- on which this was based.

I think the Bush presidency was the worst of my lifetime (as well as the worst of the post WW2 period). Some very good performances but it would be impossible to overdo it considering Bush wasn't qualified and the neocons he had running things were subservient to israel. Good film (that could have been great).
