How did Black Panther survive that single punch from Thanos if he's basically just a regular human?

He's not a regular human.

He takes a superhuman serum from plants.

Also, his suit is designed to absorb energy.

THAT SUIT IS MADE OUT THE SAME SHIT AS CAP'S SHIELD...STRONGEST SUBSTANCE KNOWN TO THE MCU.

Vibranium in the suit. Like in Civil War he took on machinegun bullets from the helicopter when fighting Winter Soldier on the roof.

Did you not see Black Panther or even Civil War?

I'm more baffled that Spider-Man who is just a teenager survived a punch from Thanos right in the face.

Spider-Man has super powers and is tough as hell.

It's not like Thanos punched Clint!

Thanos was pulling his punches so he can keep them alive for interrogation. I thought that was pretty obvious.
