In time the original Star Wars (1977) will be acknowledged as ridiculously overrated by the overwhelming majority and The Force Awakens will be recognized as a far superior film in every way. Prove me wrong !
This is my 2nd favorite Star Wars movie behind The Last Jedi

Yes I prefer the Disney movies over the OT. I like how the Force is so much more powerful in episodes 7-9. I'm hoping Palpatine found a way to survive so he can come back in episode 10

People gushed about this compared to TPM (which I rewatched and enjoyed) yet I found TFA to be contrived and a basic carbon copy of ANH, with really annoying characters (all the new ones, in fact).
