This movie tried so hard

To be the big, epic conclusion that The Dark Knight Rises was and it failed so spectacularly.

reply

If it had itd done Skyfall box office $1b

reply

Exactly and Skyfall is a far better film than this POS.

The problem with the last 2 Craig films is they tried to establish an overarching continuity despite the fact that Bond films work best when they are just individual adventures that don’t rely heavily on what came before it.

reply

What better praise! TDKR was terrible.

reply

TDKR was great, you are just a man baby hater too stupid to understand it.

It’s a hell of a lot better than No Time To Die that’s for sure.

reply

TDKR isn't without fault but it's more entertaining than this film. If nothing else we can admit that TDKR had a better villain?

reply

I'll give you that - Bane was better, but the move was more centered around him rather than Batman, which I didn't like.
FWIW, I liked No Time To Die but the few faults it had here big ones, most noticeably the opposite of TDKR which is the bad guy was massively underused (Ditto Blofeld).

reply

Not at all, Bruce was clearly the main focus of TDKR, if any film in the trilogy focused more on the villain than Bruce it was The Dark Knight.

reply

Fr, TDKR is absolute ass, worst Nolan movie by far

reply

I thought this movie had the single greatest ending of all time

In which case you haven't seen Fast & Furious 7.
