Woke film that uses subtleness to get us to let our guard down

During my first past through I thought this wasn't a bad movie, but then someone suggested that I re-watch while being more aware of what is happening. Sure enough I was able to spot the wokeness when I was looking for it.

First, we have to ask why was this made? It was made because he was hispanic. If he wasn't hispanic then it wouldn't have been made. Some people might compare it to stories like October Sky, but I don't think those compare at all. They are just different. I don't feel I need to explain or justify why I feel it's different.

Second, this movie tries to humanize hispanics by making it appear as if they are just like real Americans. They give their their "familiar" family issues. Romance issues. They even cover the being treated like garbage when you're new to a job. They want them to be relatable. It's very clever and it fooled me during my first watch.

Third, it makes fun of white people's lunch. That alone made me want to turn it off. At first I thought it was funny, but then I thought about how I couldn't make fun of a brown person for eating some smelly over seasoned food. Why is this white genocide okay?

Lastly, it tries to pretend it's about the American dream and how even someone who comes from dire situations can achieve their goals through hard work. They do good at making us feel that's their message, but if you read between the lines you will see that they fault white people for everything. Don't fall for their tricks when they even steer you away from that thought when the main dude says it's not because their caucasian, but because they do stuff like speak Russian. That is deflection to get you to forget that 40 minutes earlier a white dude refused to shake his hand at work and made him do intern stuff like make copies.

Oh, and let's not forget how the dumb white people couldn't figure something about about the space lasers until the smart hispanic dude explained why they were wrong. Even if that happened, why would they need to put that in the movie? Yeah, you know why.

This movie is anti-white and anti real american. Don't fall its trickery.
